The nickel refinery project is one of the most comprehensive projects in the mining sector in Turkey over the last few years. Teknokon served as the main construction and mechanics contractor in the Meta Nickel Refinery Project and undertook the procurement, manufacturing and installation of all the site tanks and all piping, civil works, structural steel installation works, insulation, and scaffolding services. Teknokon also provided commissioning and maintenance services.

Linde, a technology company based in Germany, is the Employer of the project. This is Teknokon’s first project within the MOL Refinery in Tiszaújváros, Hungary.

Teknokon completed the plant boilers and BOP piping of the 600 MW NG CCPP - Unit 2 in Bandırma under the leadership of Siemens.
